SXHF（P）-1000型翻转转盘式立式环缝焊接机适用于筒体法兰及管道法兰的环缝焊接。该设备采用焊枪静止不动，工件旋转的结构方式。焊接方式为：氩弧焊（TIG）或气体保护焊（MIG或MAG）。设备可以根据焊接工艺需要进行0～90°自动翻转。适合工件碳钢、不锈钢等可焊金属材料。SXHF (P) -1000 turntable of the vertical circular welding machine suitable for girth welding of flanges and pipe flange. The equipment uses the welding gun stationary work-piece rotating structure.
Welding modes: argon-arc welding (TIG) or gas-shielded arc welding (MIG/MAG). Device can perform 0~90 ° auto flip on welding process. Suitable for work-piece weld able metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel.
