该设备用于方形类工件在完成纵缝焊接完之后的整形处理，为下一道工序提供方便，具有整形速度快，整形精度高等特点。不同直径，不同厚度的工件整形后的圆度不一样，圆度误差从0.05mm-2mm不等。在SCR项目，油箱，被大量运用。
This machine used for the square type work-piece longitudinal seam welding is completed after the trim treatment, for the next operation to provide convenient, fast trimming, high precision. Different diameters and roundness to the different thickness of the work-piece shape are not the same, roundness errors ranging from 0.05mm-2mm. In the SCR project, fuel tanks, was used.
